Work it Out Wednesday: Cool Weather Ski Abs

Last week we went downhill skiing.

This week?

More skiing.

Only slightly varied.

Hey, I’ve never been, so I’m trying to get in my life’s fill.

It’s all about ski abs.

These beauties help target our abs (and arms and back, and legs…. And everything!), and are great move to incorporate into any routine.

I hate them.

I love them.

It’s a tumultuous but effective relationship.

With that said-
