In my mad rush to catch my ride this morning I hurridly applied my lip liner- which I never wear- but of course decided to myself on a day I was supposed to be outside 12 minutes earlier, “Hmmm… what could I possibly do to make myself run even later today??”

So- without using a mirror- I threw the liner on, tossed it in my bag, and rushed out the door.

I thought nothing of the matter until after breakfast when I decided to reapply.

I pulled the liner out of my purse and as it turns out instead of the nice, understated Mary Kay neutral lip liner I had intended to wear-

I was donning a dark metallic bronze Mary Kay EYELINER all over my lips!

(insert Psycho killing scene music)

Great for the eyes- but definitely garish for the lips.

That explains the looks I got early this morning.

Don’t mind me, I’m going goth today.

LOL...at least it wasn’t black or blue eyeliner?  Have you tried the new mineral makeup?  AMAZING...I LOVE the stuff!  And the Bella is my new favorite smell.  But yeah...that is so funny!

Oh Brittny!  That’s too funny!  I am cracking up at 1. the thought of you going “goth” and 2. the fact that you had eyeliner on your lips!  I know lipstick doesn’t taste the best but I’m sure eyeliner tastes even worse!  Thanks for the very funny story today. :o)
